Twice Monthly Sessions
First time working together? This is where our journey begins.
Twice a month is the minimum session frequency you’ll need in order to train your mind to expect (and rely on) consistent change. It takes practice for your conscious mind to release its need to control your outcomes (you’ve been doing this your whole life), and for the subconscious mind to reveal the wealth of creative resources available, helping you tune into your true self, and begin to embody that authenticity. Prior experience with creative visualization and/or meditation, will make this process more easeful.
This doesn’t mean that you will have a difficult time getting into this state of focused awareness if you have never meditated before. Your commitment to your evolution and trust in your capacity to change is the #1 factor for success. If you can show up with a sense of excitement for who you are becoming, you are well on your way :).
If you are a new client, please plan for a 3-month commitment at this tier, but we will re-asses at the 2-month mark.

~ This is the optimal frequency for those versed in self-regulation techniques or those able to dedicate time in their week to these practices on a semi-regular basis.

~ Twice per month. Please choose your day and time in advance (emergency rescheduling will be accommodated per Inna’s availability).
~ Each Coaching - Hypnosis hybrid session will be 90-120 min long. Whenever possible, please allow for extra time after each session to reintegrate into your day.

~ The intention to evolve. How you approach your healing is always more important than the specific tools or practices you use. Be prepared to live life by honoring who you are right now, and who you are becoming.

~ Willingness to acknowledge the patterns that hold you back, and readiness to explore alternative options for fulfilling your core needs. Taking action/ inaction as needed.
