6 Month Deconditioning Journey

This program is designed to last a total of 6 months of weekly sessions (with the final month serving as the re-integration period). However, each person’s progress is unique. I will communicate with you as we get closer to the 4-month mark and ensure that you are ready to experience this powerful event. In some cases, we may slow down the frequency of our sessions, lengthening the total time it will take to finish out the plan. Additional weeks or months of support may be necessary.
